Hero 31- If you want to do this WOD and you have not registered you can still show up Sat. We are not turning anyone away.
It will be a great WOD for a great cause so come and join us! We are going to run this in heats for those doing the rope climbs. Please post to comments if you are coming sat and if you will be climbing the rope. I will plan out the heats. The WOD is 31 minutes so if we have a lot then I will tell some of you to come at 9; so your not waiting for an hour. If your doing the WOD but cant climb the rope yet. No worries we can scale.
