Now that we’ve all had a couple weeks to think about challenging yet attainable goals (and Ryan finally hung the white boards, by the way, thank you Scott), it’s time to put them on display for everyone to see and support your dedication to self-improvement. Send your short term (March 1st), Mid term (July 1st), and long term (Dec 31st) goals to be posted at the box. The CFM coaching staff will review them and assign an appropriate incentive to them. Good idas are, but not limited to: body composition, mastery of technical movements, and improved output on benchmark WODs. Send them to info@crossfitmurrieta.com.

    Happy CrossFit Birthday to me….I’m one year old today.

    A couple weeks ago I had to wear a dress uniform at work. When I put on my pants, they were a bit snug. I was disappointed because my body composition has changed pretty dramatically during the last year, but I let it go figuring I wasjust having a “fat” day. When I got home, I realized that I had not been wearing my usual dress pants, but the pants I wore when I graduated from the Academy 11 years ago! My waist had not seen the inside of those pants in over 10 years.

    Thank you to myself for finally taking the leap that first day and giving Sheina a call. Thank you to my CrossFit family who kept me coming back every day since. Rock on!
