Happy CrossFit Birthday to me….I’m one year old today.
A couple weeks ago I had to wear a dress uniform at work. When I put on my pants, they were a bit snug. I was disappointed because my body composition has changed pretty dramatically during the last year, but I let it go figuring I wasjust having a “fat” day. When I got home, I realized that I had not been wearing my usual dress pants, but the pants I wore when I graduated from the Academy 11 years ago! My waist had not seen the inside of those pants in over 10 years.
Thank you to myself for finally taking the leap that first day and giving Sheina a call. Thank you to my CrossFit family who kept me coming back every day since. Rock on!
