		<description>Yvonne ha ha ha so i came to Crossfit with no brain - can not follow instructions!!
35:13 red band - 1st couple rnds no pads on p/ups - then i got real fatigue on the 6th rns and discovered that i was doing 20 push upsinstead of the instructed 10 - oh no no no no lol - so i switched to dble pads to finish the WOD. Ha ha so dumb - thanks Kat for not judging, you are soooo nice :)  still laughing at myself.......so my time is way OFF.</description>
